Being an artist allows me to breathe life into memories, to recreate the scene from my early years at 13. He, two grades above, bathed in the warm glow of the sun that filled the room. In that moment, overwhelmed by natural feelings, I couldn't contain them. A bright and clever boy, his love for anime evident, and a perfectly clean haircut where I whimsically imagined playing soccer on his forehead. It was then that I realized—I was in love.
